What is Success, but the prize received for reaching the objective, striving to deserve it. But the prize of Success is the work of the Leader ... of the Leader and his working group. The one who is not up to date with the new advances in his profession; who does not understand that the world evolves, that his group does not stand out, that his company is not ahead with all new discoveries, is because he is going backwards. Every day that goes by without the Leader working towards the achievement of his goals, is one day less he has to achieve it. And for that reason the Good Leader has to put his imagination to work.
