Henry A. (Hal) Davis is an editor, writer and consultant working in the fields of banking and corporate finance. He currently serves as Editor of two quarterly professional journals, The Journal of Structured Finance, published by Euromoney Institutional Investor, and the Journal of Investment Compliance, published by Emerald Group Publications Limited in the UK. Mr Davis has written and co-authored 15 books published by Euromoney Institutional Investor, John Wiley & Sons, Financial Executives Research Foundation and Amacom Books, and has contributed articles to numerous financial publications including Institutional Investor, International Treasurer, Latin Finance, and Risk.
