Collection #14- What If I told you that I was writing a poetic journal spanning close to a year where I wasn’t sure if I’d survive? I was diagnosed with a blend of Cancers that spread, and since that day I began to write about it. Since my first poetry collection years ago, writing was always a way for me to unleash and calm the world around me. With this collection, I went a step beyond that. I detailed the process from when I became nothing, Patient Zero, to the day I won the fight. These are my thoughts from my journey, every event. My goal with this collection is to empower those struggling, in hopes they will fight on. Everyone has struggles and deals with them in different ways. No way is the perfect way. In the end, it just matters if you survive. . . and you will if you try. FIGHT! Fight on.
