Infocommerization of Company

Company want to survive regardless of what situation, using technologies; its can operate anytime, anywhere on any devices. In retrospect, our startup company is that way with business continuation. Because we used technology to connect and eliminate the intra-office face-to-face meeting needs. We can also access to most internal information remotely and need not visit office as often except picking up snail mails, or paper faxes. Our operating procedures are documented and stored electronically, hence can be access remotely with Internet connection. Employees with right permission can access it and understand how the procedure should be executed without any face-to-face coaching. Before SARS, we are the “unusual bunch” who loved to meet outside and do works in public. And during SARS our ops are not affected at all, this vindicated our ‘unusual way. This book captured our experiences in creating our company, how we used technologies to serve us, and we would like others to benefit from it.
