8 Common sense and general knowledge

The twelve texts collected in this book were published one after another in Harvest, a bimonthly literary magazine in Shanghai from 1997 to 1998, and I originally intended to title the column "Scenic Spectacle", but later changed it to "Common Sense and General Knowledge", which is a lot of rules, but the meaning is still there, because speaking of common sense often spoils the fun. Because common sense is often a spoilsport.
