Chizuko was born in October 1952, seven years after the end of WWII, in small fishing village called Kumaishi cho, Hokkaido, Japan. Kuma means Bear and Ishi means Stone.
Chizuko lived in Hokkaido until 18 years old then moved to Tokyo area for study. She graduated college in March 1975 and qualified as medical technician in the same year.
In June 1975 she met a young art student, Kayoko Yoshigaki (now Kayoko Plantera), who introduced her to the Divine Principle and guided her to the Unification movement in Tokyo, Japan.
Chizuko worked in the Japanese Unification Movement for seven years then moved to the USA in February 1983 and worked in Seattle WA for three years. Chizuko moved to UK in February 1986 to start family life with her God given husband Nigel Barrett and raised their family together.
This is a short story of her life from Kumaishi (Bear Stone) to the other side of the world, London.
