This book contains much pastoral advice set in all kinds of circumstances of life so richly described in the Bible. In this way it may teach the reader some practical wisdom. Often Christians are busy with evangelization, music, so-called Christian movies and also with doctrinal teachings. But very often the soul itself is lost in all this. Pastoral cares and encourage-ments that also lift us up to the great Shepherd, are far and few between. Even a compliment can be rare. Hopefully this book may change that.
