Since 2001 artist Chris Lloyd has been writing email to the Prime Minister of Canada. 2008 finds Chris on EI and again in French classes before he finds work at the new DHC Foundation for Contemporary Art. Chris and Claudine also spend the summer tucked away in a cabin on the Kingston Peninsula in NB and ring in the new year in Mexico.
