AN ELDERLY MAN IS BEATEN TO DEATH OVER HIS CAR AND IT'S JASPER DAVIS'S JOB TO DEFEND THE ACCUSED. THE QUESTION IS CAN HE (BETWEEN HIS WOMANIZING AND LIQUOR DRINKING AND HIS GENERAL LIFE OF DISREPUTE) FASHION A DEFENSE THAT CAN NOT ONLY SAVE HIS CLIENT BUT KEEP HIS OWN LIFE FROM BEING WASHED DOWN THE DRAIN?
Reasonable Facsimile catches Jasper while in the middle of a first degree murder trial. His client, Billy, has beaten and shot a 72 year old man over a car worth less than a thousand dollars. Jasper while aided by infusions of Jack Daniels, is trying to do his best in representing Billy while his trial skills evaporates before his eyes. To add insult to injury Jasper becomes a murder suspect himself and risks losing everything.
The question is will Jasper redeem himself and save Billy or will he spend his life as a reasonable facsimile of a human being.
