Between Twilight and Dawn

Chrissy (Taylor) Jordan was born with cerebral palsy, a condition that affects her speech and motor skills, but has not affected her brilliant mind. In five previous books of poetry, we are allowed to peek into her veiled inner thoughts. Now, through her journal entries, Chrissy takes us through the realization of a lifelong struggle to become who she has always felt she was meant to be. It tells of her struggles with guilt, family rejection, and of the support of those who lovingly accept her as a friend and family member. We are allowed to experience with her that sometimes our most obvious handicaps are not necessarily our greatest handicaps.
