Ada was silent. She looked at Nne. Nne flogged her head sideways. This means none. Udo had noticed her head waved sideways.
"Answer me?" Udo demanded seriously as if he had caught a dodger in his bed. Ada smiled instead.
"I cook with her pots. These are the pots I met here on her instruction," Ada answered. Her eyes betraying her feelings. The elders burst out laughing. Some laughed sarcastically at her for lack of understanding.
