I SPEAK II Heal. EYE Cleanse, seek, be and then you can begin to see. SPEAK this era speaks to the throat chakra. The last era dealt with the root. This one is about refraining from addressing unnecessary things, to speaking entirely, loudly, and authentically- your truth. This one is about freedom of speech, sharing with one another, and allowing others to understand and speak with and for you. Hence the many collaborations. II The first piece of this era was called 'I SPEAK', go check it out Heal. the capital, lowercase, and period all have a purpose. We seek to heal with this sense that it will end, so we go hard into healing and fast and relentless in our efforts. Then comes burnout. Give yourself time and grace, friend. The lowercase letters are that time and grace you need. The period is just that, no if, and, or buts. The period also signifies the phrase entirely: I SPEAK TO HEAL. I will not hold anything inside, I will transmute energy as long as I live, in order to have a whole and healthy life.
