WaterBoarding: A Non-Lethal/Non-Damaging Coercive Interrogation Method
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Found in Iraq, and slated for destruction, this short primer by one of the worlds most renowned torture experts had to be smuggled to the US before it could be made available to the world.
This short primer provides a practical introduction to the coercive interrogation method known as WaterBoaring.
This document provides a brief history of WaterBoarding (a technique nearly one thousand years old), followed by detailed guidance on the nature of coercion and the varied methods of waterboarding. A practical condensation of these methods concludes this primer, with guidance on preparing for and performing waterboarding, and training interrogators in the practice.
There is a critical lack of this information from any open sources. There also exists a strong possibility that guides available within government circles will become harder and harder to obtain, given the current, changing, political climate.
