This final volume concludes the story of the compiler’s grandfather, Arthur Murrell, who took his camera with him during his active service in World War One. There are military action scenes, native and other soldiers, ships on the Tigris between Basra and Baghdad, picture postcards sent home to the family including several of the tiny Darjeeling Railway, now a World Heritage site, as well as merchants, fruit sellers, and even cow dung sellers.
