It was September when Dei returned to the Philippines. She married an older guy when she was eighteen and the marriage ended badly. Two years after their wedding, Archer accused her of having an affair and hit her every time she came home late. They separated and soon, she found out that he had cancer. She tried to go back to him, but he refused to see her. A year later, he died and she was not allowed to go to his funeral. She decided to move back to the country and start anew.
