The Missing Idol

Respected by soldiers and commanders, Achan, a young officer in the Jewish army, falls in love with Rahab, a pagan. By committing treachery, poor Achan obtains wealth, which he intends to give to his selfish sweetheart in the hope of getting reciprocity. In turn, Rahab and her brother conspire and carry out a cunning plan against Achan. The old Jewish warrior Caleb discovers his talent as an investigator and unravels the complex case. The key to solving the mystery is a missing golden pagan idol. The narrative is based on the Biblical story.
