Haiga 2025 Calendar by Dana Grover. Haiga is the ancient Japanese Art of combining haiku and images. They were traditionally done with brushes and ink or pigment, but today are also done with watercolors, oil paint, pastels, etc. And with photographs. The images in this calendar are my original photographs, and the haiku are my originals. Images include landscapes and close ups, are all from the United States West Coast, mostly California, but also Washington State. Haiku, like photos, capture a moment in time.
