Five Alternative Strategies for Combating Community Problems

Many of the books that I have read in the past have not focused on the problems of racial problems dropouts,violence in schools or teen pregancy in the same text. Few of those books have focused on ways to create a better work environment, community or bridge differences between different ethnic groups. The purpose of this book is to give ideas, if not solutions to the problems of racial indifference,dropsouts and school violence. This book is meant to create dialogue and discussion among co workers friends and others. Not all ideas will work for everyone but it is hoped that some of the ideologies will be adapted and a better environment will develop.
