Drawing With Picasso helps children gain basic drawing skills that help them draw creatively on their own. Drawing encourages children to take risks and gives them the opportunity to experiment.
Our objectives are to develop hand/eye coordination and improve observational drawing skills.
Make intentional choices from normal relationships of objects
Drawing can nurture creativity when children are given the freedom to complete their drawings independently. There are no lines to stay within- children are only requested trace the images on one page and draw the same image on the other page.
The whole idea of Drawing With The Masters is to allow children to experiment with their pencils, pens or crayons and spend quality time with a Master artist.
What’s important is for children to have fun and at the same time to get a feeling for the colors and shapes they experience. When children draw they want to create a likeness of the things they see. With Drawing With Picasso they can do just that
