What made a Templar?

A world where there was a need for Jesus to seem more human, to drive home the horrors of hell, to know more about the lives of the saints; where propaganda gave the British nation legitimacy; where kings were required to kill giants, magic could hold sway and human life be thought of as little value if it was the 'other side'.
