The puppet of laughing gods in a play of tragedy. Shadowy scenes on the walls of the cosmos. A tale empty of purpose and resolution. Shakespeare’s stutter. Some artists acquire their fame after their death. The only words they’ll see of him is the engraving on his headstone. Misspelled and covered in moss.
