Yuptoo?

Yuptoo? is one mans quest to do more than less. On the second anniversary of his wife’s Christmas departure from the marital home, Dave Ditchfield found himself stuck in repetition. Unlike most men at the demise of their marriage, this one chose to keep the house, the debt, the hardship, the desolation, the glory, the couch, oh and the children. And now, a pledge was taken, to remove the self titled label of a ‘single parent’ and to fill a life with less, to a life of more. Whether the next twelve months consists of starting to knit, consider leaving a job, loosing limbs, go on a blind date or doubling the size of your house, the year ahead could not be lacklustre. It’s a frustrating story that almost didn’t want to be told. It’s sycophantic. It’s melancholic. It’s amusing. It’s a story of suggestion; no matter what you consider your restriction, your life is what you make it. So what is Yuptoo? It’s a word that follows ‘what’ that seeks a story of a recent experience.
