Less Than a Penny is a collection of my random thoughts, free verse, and other fragments I have captured through inner thought and experience. Written during periods of happiness, rage, love, and sorrow the book is broken into these areas Love & Life, Disorder, and Writing, allowing me to experiment with different writing techniques and word combinations.
The title comes from beat poets that used to sell their poems for one cent, a penny. In verse the words are not meant to bring monetary gain. The reward is the writer getting the words down, and a reader who chooses to use the words and create for their self.
