The first record of the Gall family in Barbados goes back too the marriage of Andrew Gall to Mary Peers in 1672. No definite link has been made by the author to these early Galls. However, William Gall who appeared in the 1715 census of Barbados is his ancestor. William's descendants can be traced generation by generation with some certainty to the Galls living in Barbados in the Twentieth century.
