Baruch's Burden

A small scenario suitable for any number of players and ideal for beginner characters. Cleveland Denny is a trail boss for an experienced wilderness survival expert called Kent Kasey. They’re about to set off on a big hunting expedition with several wealthy clients who have come down from orbit especially for this trip, led by Kent. Cleveland approaches each of the characters with offer of work as part of the camp crew, or as more experienced riders and personal escorts for the clients. Kent has a formidable reputation for his skills and quality of the experience his gives clients looking for a “real taste of the wilderness since Yellow Dawn wiped most of the slate clean”. However, where Kent takes the group leads to a desperate situation where the hunters become the hunted, and betrayal lurks in the hearts of those entrusted with the safety of all. It becomes a fight for life, and a tense race to find sanctuary.
