Genius Act

The Genius Act aims to provide a blueprint for the creation of a New World economy. It was originally intended to be presented to Congress to be enacted as a legislative act that would provide solutions to all of the 21st Century's socioeconomic problems. While legislative is still a viable option I hope that some of the economic and tax reforms discussed are developed into new industries. I hope that the Genius Act will spark a movement that will create a new economic paradigm of wealth generation. It will boldly introduce the "Trickle Out" economic theory that will create a nation of "Genius Society" millionaires and captains of industry to rival the Industrial Revolution. By creating technological innovations like the Water GRID and GENIUS ID we can create an economic New World.
