Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Along with the EU and NATO approach of the Republic of Moldova, Russia decides to withdraw its ammunition reserves of 20,000 tons from Colbasna, Transnistrian region, which is the largest weapons depot in Europe. The whole process is disguised as the export of apples from the Republic of Moldova. The decision is made to transport the weapons on the railway, in a convoy of 5 trains of 4,000 tons each, which will be transported for 1 day to the Port of Giurgiulesti, then on the Danube River and the Black Sea to the Port of Novorossiisk in Russia. This $14 billion armament is becoming a point of interest for several interest groups. 1.Russia wants to take it entirely to its Port, 2.The US wants to take the weapons in the Black Sea and take them to the Port of Constanța to neutralize them in a controlled manner, 3.The Government of the Republic of Moldova has 2 separate influence teams: a)one of them wants to arrest all the arsenal to hand it over to the armament of the Republic of Moldova, b)and another team wants by abuse of office to steal part of it and sell it in Africa to get rich, being ready to eat bodies and violate all legal limits. 4.The top management of the Republic of Moldova is not involved, because exactly on the day of the transport, the Miss Europe contest takes place, with over 50 international delegations coming. The decision-making process is blocked. Diplomatic relations for the legal export of armaments were exhausted from a corruption attempt, and Mark, a businessman emigrated to Algeria, unblocked the process, being credible on the part of the RM Government and accepted by Russian diplomacy.
