We have great examples of faith, patience and trust demonstrated throughout the Book of Mormon by God's prophets. Each one experienced trials, discouragement, and even despair at various times. Yet each one also took joy in and proclaimed God's Plan of Happiness to the peoples of their day. More importantly, each one affirmed the divinity of the Son of God, and they all testified of Christ's Atonement and Resurrection. These prophet leaders left a treasure trove of prophetic insight throughout the Book of Mormon.
