Divinity Constant

It’s about killing in the name of... and the need for belief in something, even if it's the belief in nothing.The Divinity Constant is an intergalactic peace treaty between the major belief streams. Its' core is that all belief is necessary, that all beliefs support each other in a religious ecology. An alien object, planted here 2000 years ago to recreate the life of Jesus, is unearthed in the Mexican Desert. A heretical alien Christian group, the "Apocaleans", comes to Earth to stage the second coming and end the world to "save" us. A small but determined group of humans must show we have reached our maturity as a people and are ready to spread our beliefs to the universe. A major complication is that this may be the place where Jesus actually lived. A race against time to save humanity and maybe even God, himself.
