Chains of Glory

Jonathan's blindness leaves him no choice but to beg on the streets of first-century Jericho. Dismas prefers to make a living by stealing. Neither expects anything better until friends encourage them to hope for more. Jonathan has a friend who persuades him to come and hear a traveling preacher named Jesus. While Jonathan tries to make sense of Jesus's teaching that forgiveness will bring peace, Dismas is taken with another leader — one who preaches that only rebellion will save the people. Both men must choose which is the right way to respond to a world that has wronged them. Forgive. Or strike out in revenge.
