TIME WAS

"Time Was" is the view from my window. Beyond the fields flat and mountains high. Beyond a blue sky and over a stormy ocean, carrying boats to distant shores, where beaches go on forever and the sun never sets. Beyond fields of golden heads of corn. Beyond a bend in the river, to where, if you look, you'll see me! Looking from my window beyond the fields flat and mountains high. Then when it's safe you'll dive into the cool water blue and feel the rush of life flowing over you.
