Dr. Donald JG Chiarella is a 40 year civil servant and professor of IT and Education. He holds 7 degrees and 10 certifications. He completed his federal service at USAFA, Navy Medical, & GSA. His state service was at MDOT/SHA and UMUC, GWU, Aspen University, Towson, & Community Colleges. He has published over 25 books available here for sale. His service time was spent with DPMA, PMA, IEEE, ASEM, ACM, & AOC. He is a Master Mason and Knight Templar. serving as Treasurer and Scholarship Committee Chairman. His wife is from Okinawa and was a teacher. They met at Andrews AFB Maryland in High School. They have 4 great children and 7 grandchildren.
