Antonyms
This ebook may not meet accessibility standards and may not be fully compatible with assistive technologies.
An Antonym is a word that has a meaning opposite to that of
another word. Example: Old is an antonym of new or young.
The list in this book is by no means exhaustive, and many far more complex words can be included in the activities for older learners who have a higher level of vocabulary/comprehension.
You will find flash cards, vocabulary exercises and games that can be adapted to younger or older learners, and some blank cards to “write your own”.
