The term “Social Science” first appeared in the Book An Inquiry Into The Principles Of The Distribution Of Wealth Most Conducive To Human Happiness by William Thomas in the year 1824. The term social science refers to all those disciplines which analyse society and culture, from Anthropology to Media studies.
