Risk Managment In Clinical Laboratory

Risk management is a basically management strategy use in managing finances, business projects, product launch and manufacturing. Recent trends have introduced the concept even in the service industry including healthcare. The Risk Management Clause (4.14.6) is newly introduced in ISO 15189:2012. Professionals and Quality manager from clinical laboratory find it challenging to address and implement this concept. A careful analysis and assessment of routine laboratory procedure is required to identify the risk in clinical laboratory.
