What Is Truth: Does Truth Matter?

“What is truth?” Pontius Pilate asked as Jesus stood trial. Many people today are asking this same question. We are now living in the arena of public opinion where nations are being affirmed by culture and laws are being enacted to make sin righteousness and to make righteousness a violation of law. Instead of the State and church working together to enforce God’s laws, we (the church) find ourselves on the outside looking in. Dr. Mike reveals how we are living in the age in which the culture embraces being wrong as right and being right as wrong. It’s the, “What’s right for me, myself, and I generation.” Truth is a rare possession today in the marketplace of ideas. But don’t think it strange: There are those in Biblical history who have seen truth under attack. The prophet Jeremiah faced opposition when he tried to proclaim truth to a generation of people who had no place for it. There are some questions you can’t avoid, no matter what you believe.
