Computer Simulation in Quantum and Optical Electronics

This book contains descriptions of twelve laboratory works in computer simulation of optical phenomena and devices on their basis in the course of Quantum and Optoelectronics (with the use of MathCAD software package). The book is designed for students of the nano- and biomedical technologies department. The basic methodic purpose realized in this work is the simulation of examined physical processes and laboratory study performance through the imitation of real experiments. Let us note that computer simulation can considerably supplement the real experiments, allowing a deeper understanding of their essence and theoretical substantiation.
