
There are many different ways to meditate. Some people enjoy sitting down and concentrating on their breathing, but for others it can be more comfortable to do something, such as doing walking meditation.
A slightly more active way of meditating or finding a way to relax is to draw shapes. In this do-it-yourself course you’ll find a short explanation about what shape drawing is, as well as a description of what to bear in mind whilst drawing and doing the exercises in the course.
