The Last Dance

1. "Dining with Anne Frank" is a short story about why I would choose to dine with Anne Frank if I had the choice to dine with one historical figure. Anne Frank went through misery and fear all of her life, and is very inspiring to many today. I am fascinated with the things she had to do to stay alive, as well as the courage she had in such hard times. This story can help you realize just how blessed and lucky you are to live in the society that we do today, and can help you put what you think may be bad times really into perspective. 2. "Our Home Field" is another short story about how and why the Valparaiso High School football field means so much to me. In the short story, the reader can be taken on a journey of the perspective of a DAC game with a share of the conference title on the line. Enjoy a thriller and learn about a very special place that has brought me many lifelong memories and relationships that mean more than winning any soccer game. 3. "Framed" is a short story about a young man by the name of Victor Bezerra, who is the star soccer player at one of the top division one schools in the country in Indiana University. Victor is framed of stealing the head coach's national championship ring, and needs to find out how he can prove his innocence and find out who did this to him, and why. Enjoy a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat, while also learning that jealously never succeeds being happy for others successes, as well as the importance of relationships.
