DEAD 'CAT BOUNCE

An accident with the team bus takes fourteen lives and forces Coach Docremedy and his remaining players to face adversity for the first time. As the School Board threatens to cancel the season to allow the kids in school to mourn, Coach Docremedy fights for the chance to play. He succeeds, only to begin again with a partial roster and a threat that he will forfeit his job, if he does not win. Will the players bounce back? Initially, they lose, as the players experience personal issues, while recovering from their injuries. Once fit and strong, the Bearcats make a run through the tournament, only to have their old doubts return, when they reach the finals and face victory.
