THE BACHINI IMBROGLIO

When the murders of two of Williamsburg’s most prominent citizens shock Queen’s Lake, Dominic Valotte, détective extraordinaire, goes to work. And, Cheryl Dewing joins the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Williamsburg Police Department to begin solving a series of cold cases. Events escalate, and it becomes evident that the local levy is failing. As the city council debates and citizens flee, the mayor calls on the great Roger Deelly to come to the rescue. As Valotte works his way through the entanglements, he finds that they are all related to one man. But who is Contreras? What is he after?
