“Taken from underneath the skin, into the heart within; From mine to yours, these words do seep for you to keep; To hear the words of a woman as her heart breaks, this is what it takes” These poems echo the times when the skin has been pulled away and everything is laid bare; the strength created, the times to pull away and the broken heart always owned but never claimed. Without armor I give you the untainted version of my song in words. These are the pieces of my heart, mended and bound together by ink.
