Where was God?

God claims He Loves us, so where was He when we lost our loved ones, jobs, houses, and all our belongings? Some losses are irreplaceable. How can we live again when a part of us is gone with our dead loved one? We have the right to be angry with God for not being there to save, rescue, heal, and remove us from dangers; however, misfortunes planned by the devil sometimes interlace with God’s provisions.
