Practical Mysticism

This book introduces the Practical Mysticism, the training of the spiritual faculty which all men possess but few utilize all its power. The book explains the reality and importance of the faculty, the practical conditions under which ordinary persons may participate in their experience, the preliminary training of attention necessary for its use, the general self-discipline and attitude toward life which it involves and the three great forms of contemplation.
