STALEMATE NSA (introduction)

A technically savvy terrorist cell has devised a way to keep NSA from listening to their planning for simultaneous attacks on multiple U.S. targets. By the time a crack team of experts finds a way for NSA to eavesdrop on the terrorists, it is too late. The terrorists are already conducting dress rehearsals of their planned attacks. But the actual targets and the attack date are still shrouded in secrecy. As the targets and the attack date become known, the terrorists take an unexpected change of direction and unveil a plan that throws the President, his cabinet, and his senior advisors into panic. The final outcome is impossible to predict.
