Beyond Good and Evil

First published in 1886, Beyond Good and Evil goes into detail of Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Nietzsche’s earlier work. In Beyond Good and Evil, Nietzsche criticizes previous philosophers for their belief in Judeo-Christian views without first analyzing it. In his work, Nietzsche delves into the meaning of good and evil in regards to nature and the individual. He also analyzes truth and untruth and regards untruth as a description of life. He critiques philosophers, such as Descartes, who focus on truth rather than accepting untruth.
