Waldorf Administration: Emerson Waldorf Governance Policy Manual

A governance policy manual developed at the Emerson Waldorf School that sets out at a strategic level how the different bodies that govern our school should interact and make decisions on the school's behalf. This manual was developed with the consultancy of Chris Schaeffer of Sunbridge College and Robert Schiappacasse, administrator of the Shining Mountain Waldorf School. This 69 page report is being made available as a free download, or as a zero royalty printed book. While the manual was developed at EWS, it is recommended reading for anyone that is engaged in the governance (board, committees, staff, or college of teachers) of a Waldorf school.
