These reports, speeches and articles are by Georgi Dimitrov, General Secretary of the Communist International from 1935 to 1943. The first three reports are to the Seventh World Congress of the Communist International, held in August 1935, while the others continue through the following two years to the end of 1937. Taken together, these papers represent the development of the political line of the Communist International over this period on the strategy and tactics of building the United Front against Fascism and war.
