The Parallel Parliament 2019

Canadians are a preoccupied people and the demands of a more globalized world are increasingly cutting into their opportunity for better lives - both individually and collectively. Across the board, the various jurisdictions of their political lives seem unable to overcome the great challenges of the age - growing poverty, unemployment or underemployment, extreme partisanship, regional divides, and more than ever, the encroaching realities of climate change.
