160 Recipes From Gracie's Kitchen

This is not a "cook book" but rather a recipe book. I hope that those who use any of these recipes will enjoy baking and cooking as much as I do. I realize that many bakers will say "I only bake from scratch." I agree for the most part. However, there are times when one would like an easy, quick recipe. There are some challenging recipes, but many that are easy enough for the novice baker. Many of the recipes were handed down from my mother. She loved to bake and was excellent at it. Her love of baking was inherited by me. I still make all the traditional holiday recipes. Some of her recipes are included in this book. Hers and some of mine were taken from handwritten recipes and I think that I correctly deciphered them. HAPPY BAKING, HAPPY COOKING!
